Manufacturer is saying 'between the words' about distance in ideal circumstances when engine is fully warmed up and you are driving continuously for recommended distance. In real life, when most people are doing 20 miles daily in average, it is necessary to keep LM 5200 inside for much more miles - 500 miles or even a bit more. If you are using mineral oil or semi-syntethic oil (synthese technology - marketing trick used by manufacturers to mask mineral base of oil), especially if this is a cheap budget oil, you should consider to use LM 5200 before every second or third change of engine oil - I am saying that from my own experience based on Vauxhall engines.

Would this be any use for clearing fuel line sludge in a two-stroke garden tiller where oil and fuel are pre-mixed?

Can this be used at the same time as the engine flush

Sludge Flush and Engine Flush are different products in this how they work. Engine Flush can be used only for oil change - car is parked with engine running on idle for average 20 minutes before oil drain. Idea is to KEEP engine internals clean. Sludge Flush is used while driving as normal for at least 120 miles (may need even more - 300-500 miles depending on internal cleanliness) with the full operational temperature of the engine, to get through various types of residues from oil ageing products such as varnish, gunk, tar, etc. which if in excess will cause clogging of oil channels and jets. So, first let the Sludge Flush do the worst job for one or two oil changes, and then to keep effect for long use Engine Flush every one or second oil change. Don't mix both.

Add this to your engine crank case when you are about 125 - 150 miles from the routine service. Make sure to use the right oil to additive ratio i.e. 6% additive. For e.g. if your car holds about 8000ml of engine oil, you will use 453ml of this additive. Be sure to check the oil level after adding the additive using the dipstick. If in case you are over the max mark, then remove some oil. Also, make sure not to drive too hard with this additive in the engine. I would recommend not doing more than 65-70% of your max revs. This additive is milder than regular engine flush but as it stays longer in the engine it cleans out better as it is able to get to places normal engine flushes aren’t able to. If your engine is high mileage then optionally check the oil screen and clean if needed. Hope this helps :)
