I have an arthritic large toe and the doctor prescribed these inserts to keep my toe from bending. They are very thin and very strong, I can't see them breaking anytime soon, and they keep my toe from bending as he said they would. My only problem is they make my shoes slightly smaller and tighter, I suppose I need a 1/2 size larger. For the price, these are very good.

I bought one of these for my left foot due to having my toes removed from diabetic issues. I wear the insole with my lace up cowboy boots and it fixed all my issues of the toe bending too much! It also rounded out the fit so you can not tell I am missing anything. Before I got this, the toes would bend too easy even with a foam rubber insert in the toe section. They also looked like the boot was a little saggy, this fixed it all, and gave me better, sturdy balance. Lastly it helps my stability when on my bike with the petals and while riding my horse...Great product. I threw away all my diabetic shoes after this. I need to get one more for my sneakers...

Works great for fixing my Bursitis. If your feet feel better walking in sox on a hard floor these are for you. Very soft or blown out supports in shoes hurt my heels for hours after a walk. These solved the problem. They are very stiff and only flex a small amount so you must buy correct size. If you order larger they won't fit. If the rear of your shoe is stiff and cast forward at a sharp angle making foot opening smaller it can block full shoe size insert from fitting. In that case I'd buy a size smaller but it's your call. I like mine a lot. The company seems to be very consciencious and they give you the correct arrival date and you are advised by that you must wait a while to get them. I think they were worth the wait.

First pair was too small, so ordered a second pair which was also too small and came w/o label, in a plastic bag with nothhing on it. So the pkg'g was totally different on 2nd pair. What is going on?

These can help your foot not flex when you walk which is helpful to people who need that. You really don't notice it though. You don't feel like you are walking funny.

These will never fit correctly. I should know I bought twice for my daughter. It's better to spend that money on a podiatrist.

I've had a jones fracture for 6 months. Last Ortho visit the Dr told me I needed these for walking (without a boot) it's really been a good experience so far. I bought 9.5 for my shoes. I got 2, you can use for any foot by just turning over.
