To be honest I was not expecting great things from this screen. I was hoping it sort of worked and went some way to prevent bugs etc. from getting in the open door.I was pleasantly surprised as to how well it works. It is effective at keeping out unwanted insects, is relatively easy to get through, and comes back together with a reassuring clicking of the magnets.The only criticism is that the installation instructions are a bit sparse. It actually comes with a tool with no indication what it is for. (We worked out that it could be used for fitting the tie backs once the screen was up)Having said that, putting it up was not rocket surgery, and relatively easy. On the whole I would recommend.

very strong and well made

I love this item, my cats too. Even though the size measurements are different from my door, I customized it. It was easy though since I know stitching. I bought it before and the adhesive sticks really tight. The 2nd time I bought it, it seemed different. The adhesive didn't sticked nicely, it was coming off. I have a strong double-sided tape,so I put it on top of the adhesive. And it worked! It has been on for almost 1 and a half month, and it stayed glued to the Aluminum door. I love to keep the door open and let the air/ wind come in but kept the mosquitoes and flies out. Really strong fiberglass mesh. No prioblems with them now.

This door curtains are brilliant keep the flys out and every thing else too, had the for sometime.Going to take some back home to the Caribbean for the mosquitoes...

Bought this after my rather cheap old screen had lost all the magnets from the doors and was generally for the bin after having it for 3 years. With this one I’m really impressed with how wide the Velcro is at the top and both sides, it also leaves you with a little bit extra of the Velcro tape which might come in handy down the line, it’s not a massive amount maybe a foot or so but more is better than not enough. The Velcro stuck really well and the sticky residue side is extremely sticky. One slight annoyance is that the paper over the tape is pretty frustrating as instead of coming away in one fluid motion it will often tear and you find yourself having to peel those little bits away many times throughout the process. Not a massive issue but a nuisance none the less. I’m most impressed with the fact it is FAR more see through than my previous screen. At a distance of only a few feet it almost looks invisible and you can only spot the mesh pattern pretty close up. Overall a much better screen than my old one that has wider sides, much better Velcro and a really adhesive residue that should hopefully remain in place for many years to come.

Was verry good doz the job

This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. If I could give it more stars, I would. It is fitted on my back door permanently and since fitted I have no problem with insects coming in at all. I can leave the door open all day and ………..nothing. An added bonus is my cats won’t go out of it either unless I open it for them, so win, win. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has a problem with flies etc. I wish I had bought one sooner. So easy to install. I’m 69 and I had no problems installing it,it sticks well to the doorframe. It is thick but you can see through it easily and it looks great. You do get two pieces so you can sort of tie it back, but it looks too good and it would defeat the whole reason for getting it.

does exactly what I needed. I didn't use any instructions.I flipped the top over so it didn't drag on the floor.Easy to install, bar the ripping on and off for a perfect placement, which is what I expected, it is velcro after all.I'm very happy, but the cats are very confused at how to get in 😂
