Heard ALOT about this product on social media, mainly from people I actually know so thought I'd give it a try. Took a couple of week to kick in but did exactly what my research said it would do. Better sleep, more energy, boosted testosterone levels (specially in the morning). Easy application spoon (could be a little longer as it gets hot quick being metal). Taste isn't amazing but bearable and the benefits make it for it. Worth it !!!

This is the 3rd batch of Shilajit I have ordered from Semveta and have been impressed with the quality of it each time. Its the purest I have tasted and has helped me mentally and am seeing improvements in my life already.

I have cmt type 1 and having given this enough time to see any improvement I feel it has made my symptoms worse . I react to toxins this isn't as clean and pure as it makes out. I have had a reaction to using this product with more numbness & tingling in my hands and my joints are much stiffer .. I would not recommend.

I have copd and my systems have greatly improved And combined with a training program I think for a70 year old I’m in better shape than a lot my age thank greatly help with me getting my fitness back 👍👍👍

It tastes absolutely vile. Don't get me wrong. Like anything, you get used to the taste. But have no doubt about it, this tastes like a mix of burnt soil and shame. But it does aid metabolism. Initially it hurt my ribs. But that sensation went away after a fews days after my body adapted. I've taken it for months.
