Does it help with weight loss

I'm not sure that it specifically helps with weight loss. However, since I have been taking it I have felt better in myself and my hair is growing more quickly than it was and my head is in the right place to be eating better and I have been using the 'myfitnessplan' app and managed to lose over a stone in weight since Christmas - I am thrilled about that as I have been unable to 'diet' successfully for a number of years! It’s safe to use but all results will be different

I have been taking this product for a week and am yet to see a result, acne has flared up but I am expecting it to leave as time goes on, with energy however I have certainly seen a difference and can tell I’m more energetic, it’s definitely easy to use.
