Taste is decent - not great. I found these very acidic.

When flu season was in full swing, I was doing whatever I could to avoid it. A few folks at my office had the flu and I had to do a little air travel, as well. When I travel, I'm generally a walking medicine cabinet. I take lots of different remedies with me just in case. I'm not sure if these did anything to actually prevent me from catching the flu, but I did use them when traveling, and I feel like they must have done something. The taste is just OK, so I probably prefer the elderberry caps, but I'd continue to use these as may be necessary.

Absolutely DISGUSTING. Horrible feeling and taste in my mouth afterwards. Gave me a scare as well as I lost my taste for a few hours after sucking on one. Everything tasted like the aftertaste with very litle to no taste of what I actually was trying to eat. Thought I caught Covid but it was the lozenge because my taste came back later that night.I don't know how these are even on the market.And I couldn't even get my money back as they are non returnable nor does Amazon allow u to make a complaint about its quality or efficacy.Don't do it. There are plenty other products out here that have the same ingredients without the side effects.
