Mess-free batter making!
After seeing a post from a trusted blogger on instagram, I decided to try this in the USA. We bought the 1.25 liter.Pros:The idly/dosa batter comes out very even, grinds quickly and yields the right quantity, so far. This grinder also makes very soft dough in 2-3 minutes resulting in very soft phulkas. Very easy to use and clean. Very compact, but it is as heavy as other 1.25 l grinders. I added felt pads to help moving it with ease on my countertop.Few observations:1. When starting to grind dal, a few lentils can get stuck in the spout, removing the spout and spooning the batter back to the drum helps getting rid of that.2. Some dal can get stuck to the drum wall in the initial stages - scouring with a spatula after turning it off will help achieve an even and fluffy batter. Without turning the grinder off the spatula will hit the rotating stone.I have only used it for a month and it seems to be a worthy buy. Will update if there are any issues with the quality or durability.

The product did not have ISI tested ok seal, Hence when I first used it kept having power drips even when the grinder is loaded or notSo going to give a 2nd try with a replasement Order of the same product, Hope it's Good/ better
