The Best Smokers Grill you can use🔥
The Egg Smokers are hands down the Best and this little one holds up to cooking just as great as it's larger models.13" inches grill size but can easily cook two steaks or four hamburgers at once with perfectly even balance throughout the whole meat, also a great size to take to the lake or a night camping out.

Know what you want to cook.
Outvita Ceramic Grill, 13" Round Kamado Charcoal Grill is a good grill, but know what you want to cook.I have cooked a beef roast, hamburgers, chicken and pork cutlets. The flavor was excellent on all. Temperature control takes experience, As in all grills. 4 hamburgers is the max amount. Beer can chicken is not possible due to height, however grilling a whole chicken is possible or spatchcock.Cooking for 2 people is easy. The roast was 2.5 pounds.

Thoughts on the Quality and other's crack issues.
Build quality is great, rather heavy though.A couple things. I haven't used it yet but will edit if it goes sideways.First im not sure how to clean it short of having to vacuum it out or lug this thing out of it's feet and dump it out. (again it's heavy so while I can do that, some may struggle)Second, there's a lot of reviews about cracks, so before it's first use I bought a wire rack to put the fire starter in on the bottom so it's not making direct contact with the ceramic. I also will be using lump charcoal. Lump charcoal heats up more evenly I believe. I want to avoid any hot areas and instead heat it as a whole very evenly. If a small area of your grill gets too hot too fast, it will expand, and that will cause a crack I'm sure.Otherwise, it's a great size for two people, really like it.

Defective
Twice this came to us defective - once the inner bowl was broken and the second time it came with a missing part which prevented setting it up.

Solid Little Egg!
The grill is very heavy-duty. The fasteners were all polished and the kit came with extras as well. A few lumps of coal or wood kindling is all you need to get to 800 degrees. Portable, but very heavy so keep that in mind. All cast iron parts are top quality, and the chrome grill rack came cleanly resistance welded with no weld boogers or chipped chrome.

Disappointed buyer.
Beautiful!I Saw it being used on Project Fire. Too bad I have to return it. Extremely heavy. They should have posted the weight. I looked for it.

Fantastic buy
Love it, does the same as those Kamado Joe ones but at a much reasonable price point. The build is the same IMO. This thing is first class all the way, made right made strong and made to last. Can’t go wrong with this. I love it. It uses that lump wood charcoal so know that. Don’t use the regular charcoal or it could crack on you so know that. I cooked some hamburgers on it and they came out good. Get a good torch lighter to start the lump wood because it can be hard to light and get going. Just give it all the air it needs, open up those vents so you can let the fire breath. That’s what you have to do to get it going. Build quality is top notch. Everything is made well. I would buy again.
