This is the best headset I have ever owned! I own 3. No one can tell I’m in the car, or the pickup line, I can hear the other person clearly and they can hear me. If you have to talk on the phone or an app this is as good as it gets. I have several more expensive options that I bought over the years, none are even close. I keep one in my home office and one in the car and a 3rd I let the kids use when they FaceTime their grandma because they can’t hear her without it.

For the price, I think this headset is fantastic - several months ago I bought one that I use on days when I'm in the office, and I just got another to take when I'm traveling and need to do calls in an airport. It would be awesome if it had a hard case, but at this price point I get why it doesn't. I haven't had any problems with sound quality - the sound on my end is very clear, and I haven't had anyone on the other end have any problems hearing me at all even when there's significant background noise. I usually charge it first thing in the morning, and haven't had any problems with the battery getting depleted during the day. I find the controls to be very simple.A couple of minor irritations - when I turn the headset on it tries to pair with both my laptop and phone, so when I'm trying to use with my laptop I have to manually disconnect it from bluetooth on my phone or I get a "connected" message every 20 seconds or so as it reconnects with my phone. And I wish the charging cord was longer - you can't charge and use the headset at the same time with the cord that came with it (but I think most of us probably have another longer cord lying around that can be used.)Overall, I have been very pleased!

I was a bit skeptical that it will not work on my work computer due to security reasons, but one of my coworkers recommended it. It works really well…I move around, making my coffee while waiting on the next call instead of seating all day.

I recently started working from home, my supervisor told me about these and sent the link for these headphones, (she absolutely loves the Headphones). Now I have to admit, for the first 2 weeks, they were great I LOVED THEM! The set up was super easy and fast, I used the dongle because I've always had issues with Bluetooth in the past. As soon as I plug the dongle in, I was ready to go, super easy super fast! The sound quality was spot on, and everyone could hear me clearly, and the cushion on the ears was perfect, i have sensitive ears and all others hurt my ears within 5 min of wearing them, these im able to have on for a few hours before my ear gets sore. Huge plus for me. LOVED the flip up mic mute, made it so much easier during calls..AFTER 2 WEEKS ABOUT, they started messing up, the mic would un-mute out of the blue white it was up still or even down, and then it would disconnect and I wouldn't be able.to turn them off. I would hold the power button down and literally nothing would happen. I would have to plug them in just to shut them off. The sound quality was far from clear and people were having trouble with hearing me or not hear me at all. It was very frustrating especially in meetings or in the middle of a call, was told i sounded as I was far away and could barely hear me or not even hear me at all... for my job it's important i have Headphones that are on point.... These unfortunately turned out to be a big disappointment especially when 2 other coworkers have the same pair and have had no issues other then turning them off at times...Luckily I'm still in the time frame where I'm able to return them!!

They are very comfortable. They look very nice. They sound good. Microphone appears to be if good quality. People in the receiving end day they sound good and test recordings sound good to me. All of that sound like a 5-star review. But there are two things that disappoint me a little about this product:1) Battery life seems a bit short.2) From time to time, the headset disconnect for no good reason.I work from home. I bought this headset to replace another that broke after I dropped it a second time. The two negative things I mentioned are relative to that other device. Whenever it's time to replace this one, I'll be going back to the other one.

Love my wireless headset. The mic quality is amazing and the lightweight does not hurt my head, which I wear for about 8 hours a day. Blush pink is my color!

After reading reviews I decided to make the purchase and this headset has exceeded my expectations. My primary use is for WFH meetings and calls. The padding is comfortable for long time use, it has Bluetooth capabilities and holds a good charge. I’ve had the headset for over a month and have only charged it a couple times with daily use. Very easy to set up whether you’re using Bluetooth or usb. I love that it’s cordless. I’ve also gotten feedback from a couple colleagues while my dog was barking nearby and they could not hear anything. Definitely a good buy for my needs so far!

The audio of this headset coming in as decent. Nothing spectacular but clear and volume can get plenty loud if needed. For my particular soft phone, I found that if I use the “mic up” for mute function, it disconnects my call even though the manual says it doesn’t have the function to answer or end calls. Haven’t found a way to get it to answer though 😂My biggest issue is that my calls sound clear in my recordings, but the callers are constantly mentioning that my audio is breaking up, sounds like there is an echo, or they just can’t hear me. I rarely had these complaints when I used a wired headset. I’m not sure if I have some kind of interference or possible compatibility issue but that’s what I have found after using them for a few months now daily.Battery life has been great, I haven’t had any issues there, and pairing was super easy with no difficulties. They are mostly comfortable, though I have a small head, and feel like others might find the pressure on the ears not great for all day wear. I wear my headset all day outside of breaks and lunch and sometimes my ears still are a little sore.
