Sounds great, I upgraded from a Samsung 5.1.2 to this one and very happy with it.

easy set up with Samsung tv.

The soundbar with proper source gives you amazing sound, let’s say dolby atmos input. But the only bad point is, there is only one hdmi input and one for arc tv( output for me). So of I want to connect both xbox and ps4 directly to soundbar i need a hdmi switch, which cost me and I am not sure how much the switch affect negatively on the audio. Did that bother Samsung to embed few hdmi port , like most of the tvs??P.S. my tv doesn’t pass-through the atmos

This product delivers. It has a true theater sound, and the voice clarity is great. You can understand every word that is spoken. The sound separation lives up to its promise. It was very easy to put together, and there are many videos on YouTube if you get stuck. Great buy.

Wish I would've bought an A/V receiver and separate Klipsch/Polk/Cerwin Vega speakers (or any similar brands). I used to have 2 CW XLS-12's which were INSANE on a $200 receiver. I didn't buy them again, because they are fairly big for my living room. Now I wish I would have. Those speakers could collapse a house. It's not the volume I'm looking for, but the depth of it. When an explosion goes off in a game/movie, I want to hear it and immerse in it. The samsung subwoofer is very weak.I also thought the speakers were wireless, but only the subwoofer is. I don't want to run wires to other side of my room. I have outlets everywhere and could just plug them in. If I have to run wires, all the more reason to just get an A/V receiver and traditional speakers.I give it 3 stars, because it's still a huge upgrade from TV audio, but it's not a theater by any means. It also connects to SmartThings app. I'm going to keep it, but last time I ever buy a turn-key "home theater system".Update: now audio cuts in and out randomly. Haven't been able to fix it. Just terrible

I originally bought this surround sound system through Best Buy. They only had the Samsung available as an open box which means someone had already bought the item and brought it back for some reason. The salesman told me that they had their "Geek Squad" go through it to make sure that everything was working correctly, and it was a significant discount, so I went ahead a bought it. Well, one of the back speakers didn't work and calling Samsung directly didn't help, so I took it back. So, I decided to buy a little higher line model Samsung surround sound system on Amazon and got it all set up and neither of the back speakers work! Now I am sure that Samsung will get this fixed, but Damn!This shouldn't be happening!Other than that, this unit has a big sub-woofer that really makes a difference when watching movies like Top-Gun or Star Wars

Having been an owner of many expensive and complicated home theater systems, my expectations from the sound bar were minimal. I am very impressed at the ease of setup and size of the components. The sound/ imaging is really good in our 15x20 family room. Highly recommend this system.
