Very fast, very active.
I was surprised at how fast this yeast works, I used a 6kg sugar wash with this yeast and the hydrometer couldn’t keep up with the speed this yeast eats sugar, highly recommended.

Now been brewing a sugar wash into the 4th week but here the temperatures have been very cold and now very slow but not finished .
