Q: how to know which side is what grit?

They are pretty much the same. I'm not that picky, so they work fine for me. Good price

Q: Where are these made?

I don't recall but I've had them for...?? MONTHS, actually using one right now. I haven't been sick at all & they're pretty darn good! Go for it! Patti.🙂

Q: How is the quality of it?

These files are very good quality. I cut them in half and bring them to my home care patients and use that half on their nails then rinse it off and they keep it for the next visit and it lasts a long time.

Q: Hi. Are these for natural or artificial nails? I find that files for artificial nails are too rough for natural nails. Thanks.

I bought them for my regular nails. I use them often !!! I even use them on very dry skin around my nails,which work great😊
