Fits great in the sink BUT any cooked sauces will stain the plastic and difficult to remove. Tried bleach and dishwasher and still stained. Otherwise it does the job.

This is one of the largest ready cut sink liners I could find (just about large enough to fit our larger-than-average sink). It is made of clear plastic and is fairly soft and flexible so provides decent protection to stop a stainless steel sink from getting scratched. On one side of the mat there are slightly protruding crosses where the segments of the mat join: the other side is smooth. I found it important to make sure the smooth side was down on the sink surface, otherwise the crosses may themselves cause scratches.The design of the mat makes it a little tricky to clean if bits of food get caught in the segments, but generally a rinse under the tap is all that is required. I can't tell yet how the plastic will age - in particular whether it will go yellow over time, but it is doing the job I asked of it, and is sufficiently cheap that it could be replaced in a year or so if necessary.

I've used this mat for over a year and found it to be very effective for protecting our very expensive sink, a bit discoloured now but excellent product.

This does the job I bought it for, it protects the sink from being scratched. It was easy to cut to size and looks attractive when new. However, it’s hard to clean, dirt and grease seem to stick to it so a simple rinse is never enough, you have to scrub it after every use. And, it stains really easily - I’m bleaching it overnight every night and even that isn’t getting it pristine.

I recently bought this to use on my ceramic sink and frankly this item is not fit for purpose.1. It doesn’t remain in situ when the sink is full of water as it floats to the surface.2. Cutlery ends up underneath the item which defeats the purpose of it being a protector of the ceramic.3. It discolours easily and is not easy to clean.4. When the tap water runs on it, water splashes everywhere.Don’t waste your money on this product.

I recently replaced my old plastic washing up bowl with a stainless steel one, (more environmentally friendly.) This liner cushions gas/ceramic etc. It's easily cut to size to fit the bowl and easy to clean.Good solution if you don't want to repeatedly discard old plastic washing up bowls

Easily cut it down to size and it looks lovely at base of new sink unit.

Helps keeps your sink scratch free, but as soon as you rinse any kind of sauces, the rubber stains instantly. Unable to wash off, tried bleach, scrubbing and putting in dishwasher nothing works. Not worth the money.
