What is the grit of the stones?

Definitely very fine grit. I'd compare it to a 1200-1500 that you'd use for wet sanding.

What lubricant should I use with it while honing?

I recommend using the same engine oil that will be used in the engine once completed. Of course it will be washed away when cleaning up but its one less chemical variance to introduce when engine building.

Will i need an oversize piston? If so how many mm overbore is it?

This is just a glaze breaker, not a boring tool. If your cylinder is scored very deep, then you will need it bored outand sized. Then match the piston to the cylinder size.
