Synthetic ingredients spoils it

I make gluten free bread with everything natural. This yeast has a synthetic emulsifier added which has been a real irritant, disappointing and concern to me and others.

Product is excellent, delivery poor

Have used this yeast before it is first class. However, Amazon delivery was awful, notified delivered to letterbox when in fact it was left on the ground at the end of our driveway in full view of anyone passing.
