Gilmore Girls: The Official Advent Calendar

This one is definitely A legit one!!! So happy I splurged on it.

Rarely do I take the time to write reviews but I felt compelled to write one now. This advent calendar is rife with items from someone’s kitchen junk drawer. For example, one day was a pink pencil (no markings indicating anything about the show, just a plain pink pencil), the next was a half of a pack of post-it notes (again, not even a stamp on them suggesting they’re somehow indicative of the show). I’m embarrassed everyday a new item is unveiled, such to the point I had to buy a replacement advent calendar to make up for this one. Just awful and incredibly disappointing.

I got this for my niece (13 y/o) and she absolutely loves it. It made no sense to me, but as an obsessed Gilmore girl fan, she knew all the references and was so excited. She ended up opening the whole thing lolAlso, everyone’s reviews about a “blank black sticker; must be a printing error”: if you look at it, it says it’s a HEAT sticker. You put it on a mug or travel cup and it heats up. I’m also 32 and I thought everything there was cool and unique to the show. And of course there’s a lot of coffee themed things. The show revolves around coffee and a diner! But I think if you’re a fan and not expecting to get super fancy, custom gifts in a $30 adventure calendar, you’ll be in good shape. Hope that helps :)

I surprised my daughter with this for her advent calendar and she surprised me with it as well. The quality of this product was sub par and nothing like the quality of the items received from the one she purchased. Do not recommend. For example, in the one she purchased for me, I received actual items (don’t want to give away what’s in this), and she received paper versions of what should have been in this. Don’t waste your money, big disappointment and I feel bad I gifted this.

This was everything i wanted it to be and more. I would've paid the price of the advent for just 2 or 3 of the items. Big Fan of this product. REMIX AND BRING IT BACK NEXT YEAR!

I loved this whole concept. I must admit a bit disappointed on some of the prizes. Heat activated sticker didn't work for me. Stickers were kind of a waste. Love and still use the coffee stirrer. The Chilton badge was awesome. Instant costume party winner. Liked magnets.

This advent calendar is the worst advent calendar I've ever seen in my life. It sucked. There was probably 3 things that were worth it but not enough to say I really needed to have to represent the show. It's just a bunch of useless crap. Next year I'm getting a classic chocolate calendar. Least I know what I'm getting and I won't get disappointed.

There were some fun things in this calendar, but overall it was very disappointing. Many things had nothing to do with Gilmore Girls. Like a plain blue pencil that didn't even have an eraser. Was really glad we didn't spend a ton of money on it.
