Good quality, sturdy build. I assembled by myself without any issues. Kids love it. Size is perfect. I recommend anchoring to the ground if you live in a windy area or are prone to strong storms. Taking the nets down during wind storms helps reduce lift and the trampoline stays in the ground. If, for some reason, you have an incident and there is damage, I recommend contacting Zupapa customer service. They are phenomenal. We had a severe storm come thru where we live and it picked up the trampoline and turned it 180 degrees landing it on top of our privacy fence. Fortunately the only damage was to the poles supporting the netting. I contacted Zupapa and was able to quickly replace all the net support poles for $80 and didn’t have to pay shipping. They’re great!!

We purchased a Zupapa trampoline for our boys for Christmas, and we have been incredibly impressed with both the quality of the trampoline and the outstanding customer service. Assembly was surprisingly easy, thanks to the clear instructions provided.Unfortunately, a tornado came through and ripped the trampoline out of the ground, breaking several poles. I reached out to Zupapa’s customer service, and Lynn went above and beyond to help me. She guided me through identifying the correct replacement parts, communicated promptly and clearly, and ensured the parts were sent out quickly.I am absolutely blown away by the level of care and service this company provides. Thanks to Zupapa, our boys are thrilled to have their trampoline back up and functioning again. Great customer service. The trampoline is a great size and shape. A tree branch fell and snapped a pole holding the net. The customer service was so helpful and speedy in helping to replace the broken pole.

Not only did the product live up and surpass expectations for an online purchase, the customer service is received almost a year later was surprising and unexpected. My trampoline took a tumble in a wind storm and Summer at Zupapa was amazing with helping me get the damaged parts replaced. If I ever need to buy another trampoline, I will buy from Zupapa.

One year later and one of the fasteners is broken and also the zipper. I don’t like how the net is attached to the tramp. You can’t sweep off leaves/pine needles. Fine I guess if you don’t have trees.

This seems like a solid product. It was as pretty easy to put together, it took us like 3 hirs. Looks aesthetically pleasing. Teens using it and it’s going well. Holding up early on. Bought my own set of 8 more heavy duty anchors for $20 on Amazon as their anchors aren’t significant enough IMO. Overall really like the product and am happy with my choice.
