Great product
Love this filter. I have only had to charge it twice in 6 months. Easy to use, water tastes great, compact, great price. Great as its wireless so you can use it anywhere. Filters are a bit expensive but water quality is worth it

Fabulous product
This is by far the best water filter system I have bought.My grandson is terrible for not drinking and now I can’t stop him !!!I have peace of mind that the water we now drink is clean and clear of all those nasty hidden impurities that you can’t see but taste. The water tastes amazing !!!A very print delivery, so easy to set up ( literally a few minutes ) and looks great on my worktop counter.The navy colour looks almost black, fits in well with a modern kitchen . So easy to operate and you can see the led indicator very easily without having to wear my glasses !!!!I would highly recommend this product

Great product
The previous water filter had some problems, I returned it and bought the slim model and is working very well. Customer service was very helpful as always. Also Harper from Waterdrop customer service was very helpful and kind to send me 2 new filters for the new one. Thank you so much! 😊

Filtered water
This product is of good quality and good value for money, easy to set up , we can now drink fresh and filtered water at home just like bottle water. I will definitely recommend

Started off well....
Looked great. Worked well for 10 days after which it mysteriously started leaking from the base. Tried a few things but nothing worked.
