A Great Night's Sleep - Foot Detox Pads
I had a good nights sleep with these applied and found them relatively easy to stick on. I think they did what they say they do and will be ordering again.

Detox patches
Can't say I dislike them, as the process of washing and drying your feet, then preparing the patches to stick on the soles of your feet quite therapeutic, didn't seem to draw as much out as seen in pictures, but that might just be me. ( pure 🤣) I also found that, I found myselfa bit unsure of which side was supposed to be against my foot.

Could be coincidence?
I forgot about these for ages after I bought them, until last night. I'd been feeling really unwell all day - achy and in pain but no temperature. I decided the have an Epsom salt bath and put these on before bed. Woke up this morning and although my muscles feel tired, they no longer hurt. My headache is gone, and I feel generally a lot better. The pads themselves are really black and look kind of oily.... They were perfectly dry last night. Colour changing I can see happening with sweat, but greasiness? Could be coincidence but I'd say give these a try and I'll definitely be doing it next time I'm ill.

Can take a bit longer to show results, but they do work.
They really do work, took a bit longer for me 2months but I am now starting to feel the benefit

I saw the detox foot pads on FB (another brand) and, as someone who believes in Asian medicine, thought they were worth a try but I was very skeptical that they would help me. I chose this brand as they had the better reviews and were a lot cheaper than the FB advertised brand. I have just finished day 3 and each day I have woken up not feeling tired and have energy all day. I can't remember the last time I hadn't needed to take a nap throughout the day or woken up feeling refreshed. The patches stay on me feet all night and they really do come off black in the morning. My hubby has now said he may try them as well. Highly recommend.

Foot pads
I love this product , I feel like its working, so im going to keep using them. I try and buy when there are deals on as thats more value for money. I feel like I sleep better and am less restless.

Useless
Sticks well…. But. This did nothing for me at all. Tried an over a few nights as clean as when it went on. Waste of money. At least they didn’t fall off
