Havai manufacturer delaying service to fix defective air cooler, service was not available in our area, the fan blades broken, oscilation defective, manufacture ask us to repair ourself, I don't recommend this product, to anyone, merchant offer to send parts, but recalled parts shipment, leaving customer issues unresolved
