Our puppy's paw pads have really softened up in a very smooth since we started using this product.

These are a nice size and certainly larger than expected. The balm goes on smoothly and easily like applying lip balm. There is no greasy feeling when applied to the skin. (my wife tested it by applying some to her arm) There is no strong smell. Although the little smell that there is I find to be unpleasant but that's just me. I can't test the one for snow and ice since I live where it rarely snows but the others are great to have, especially since my dog and I participate in 5K walks that are generally on asphalt.

I love these products. They work so well to keep feet, noses, and any other areas that get dry, well moisturized. My dog had a dry, bald spot of unknown cause. I used this on the spot daily for 2 weeks and the hair started growing back and the skin totally cleared up. Very happy with these.

My dogs and I take 2-3 mile walks on almost 100% pavement. Their paws always look a little rough afterwards (especially because one always tries to run full speed at any bunny or other critter she sees). I've been thinking about trying some paw balm for a while now. I tried the little sneaker/boot type things, but my dogs (who love walks) literally would not leave the house wearing shoes ha...They were kind of annoyed when I first applied the balm to their paws, but after a minute they forgot all about it. We went on our walk and everything was great. I will say, I think this product makes their paws pick up a little bit more dirt than usual, but that's not a big deal. It actually probably adds a little more protection. I always use a damp cloth to clean their paws when we get back anyway...I LOVE the design. It's like a giant chapstick. It twists up and down so easily and comes with a snap on plastic lid to keep the balm fresh.My girls have small feet (cairn terriers). I found it easier to apply it to my fingertip to warm it up and then put it on their paws. I imagine with a big dog you could just swipe it on them and go.

Our dog will play so hard he tears his paw pads up and still wants to keep going. I've tried a handful of home remedies without much success so decided to try these out.They all smell good and are super easy to apply! I use the tube to get it on his paws and then work it in with my hands, if your dog doesn't have hair feet you might be able to get away with just using the tube.For the first time in years our dogs paw pads feel smooth and healthy instead of looking like a magnified cats tongue.

My spoiled baby gets the works, she's a working dog and deserves it. These all terrain waxes have been great for my girls feet. Keeps them soft and ready for anything.

My 21 lbs Chi-terrier mix hates having her paws touched or handled. She barely tolerates wearing dog boots/shoes, so I've been looking for something to protect her paws that can be applied quickly and easily.To be honest, I'll probably use the street balm more than the other three combined. It's fairly easy to apply: remove the lid, twist the tube to push the product up, swipe the balm. The included microfiber towel can be used to massage the balm into the paw pads, but I prefer to do it by hand. Usually after walks, I clean her paws using a paw cleaner or dog wipes, then apply the paw balm. It has a mild and not-unpleasant scent. So far her paws look softer and less rough.This set is an excellent value and would make a great present. Recommended.

For the price, I wasn't expecting anything small though... but it was WAY bigger than I expected.It's really handy that it comes in a tubular form, thinking of our chapsticks - this is the same but for pups.Our pups are already used to having cream or wax on their nose and paws - we have hunting dogs, so we try to use mushers on them before we run them.But these ones we are planning to use on off season time, when we go to the beach... or just plain old walk in the park.They smell a little minty and our pups took to licking them after we put them on. LOL. the usual really.We especially love that these are made in USA and its by a small company who seems to also have comparable waves for baseball equipment.For what its worth - if you keep in mind that 1 stick of this is $14.95.. then a pack of 4 + 2 microfiber clothes is a pretty great value - highly recommend!
