Great customer support and it works now
Fails do to pd to my rog ally and when I have keyboard mouse monitor plugged in it would just keep cycling through everything power pd fails to delivery on my power bank shows 50w then 5w then it resets not sure if I just got a bad unit but send like a quality issue. There is no issues if you use a power brick but not sure if it's a pd issue or quality issue.Update:After customer service wants to prove me wrong they decided to send me a unit for me to test looks like i had a bad sample unit on my first purchase but customer service is excellent and stood by their product. After hevey testing with the orignal ssd using a 10gbps adapter and a 165hz screen and my anker 737 power bank it's a great on the go dock for when you need to whip out a decent spec handheld into a monitor while being powered by a battery bank.

Died After First Use, Started Smelling Like Smoke | Please See Update
So I bought this 6-in-1 Baseus USB-C Hub back in November 21st, 2021. I keep it in my bag because I have a Baseus 8-in-1 USB-C Hub at my desk to use full time. Well today I needed to use the 6-in-1 for the first time and after a few hours it stopped working and then I smelt something burning. I figured out it was the 6-in-1 USB-C Hub. Fortunately my laptop (MacBook Pro 13" 2019) was not harmed. This thing is supposed to be rated for 100w and it couldn't handle the 65w Anker USB-C Charger I was using. This is completely unacceptable. What if I had been using this at home overnight? It could have started a fire and burned my house down! Also I have the Baseus 8-in-1 and that isn't perfet either. Every few weeks the HDMI stops working and I have to unplug the HDMI cable and plug it in to get it working again. I'd like to know what Baseus is going to do about this poor quality control in their products and my particular situation.Update: 4/11/2022; The seller replaced the item a few days after my initial 1-Star Review. I tested the replacement USB-C hub for 2 weeks before updating this review. The new hub performs perfectly, I tested it by running my MacBook's battery down to 1%, then plugging in Ethernet and Power and letting it charge while playing StarCraft for hours. The USB-Hub stayed steady the whole way through. I am amending my review to 4-Stars.

$100 paperweight for sale....
I should have sent it back on day 1, but I kept thinking I was expecting too much out of it. Even at the beginning, it wouldn't always recognize my monitors; I would have to unplug them and then replug them, and about 80% of the time, it would recognize them, but not the other times. I just kept replugging. And yes, I changed cables and even bought the absolute best according to Amazon. I just took a trip and took my laptop with me, and when I came back, nothing. It is an expensive paperweight.

Reduced a lot of clutter on my desktop.
So far, this thing is awesome. It got rid of a lot of clutter and cords on my desk. It replaced a card reader, a wired internet USB connection, and a USB hub. No problems in set up. No noticeable lag.

Ethernet works well... until it doesn't
Bought this multi adaptor a week ago for my new 2023 iMac M3, to use for the ethernet connection and the old tech USB A connectors. So far it works well transferring photos from micro cards to my hard drive - fast enough. The ethernet works well most of the time - blazing speeds at 250 MBPS (I pay my service provider for up to 300 mbps ). For some reason, every few days, the ethernet connection just stops. This is remedied by unplugging the device's USB C connection from the iMac and reinserting. It works fine for a few days and stops suddenly again. There's no "on/off" reboot switch, so one must disconnect from Mac and reconnect. It's a great price for the 6 & 1 multi adaptor, but I may return it if the suddenly ethernet disconnection continues. I'll try to reach the seller for questions about this**update Feb 26: The seller wrote me with instructions for addressing the issue. I folooeed and it worked well for a while and then would hose up again . I will return the device. Bought an Anker brand multi adaptor which works great and has just as fast ethernet speed.*From teh seller:1. Please plug the network cable directly into the laptop or router to see if the network connectivity is intermittent.2. It is recommended to connect the USB-C (PD) port power supply before using the docking station.3. Please switch to another network cable to plug into the hub to see if it becomes normal.4. Disconnect all devices, restart your laptop, and reconnect the network cable to try.If the issue persists, kindly click "sold by "to contact our support team, so that we could help you with further solutions."

Great Docking station.
Purchased about a year ago. What a great docking station. I run 2 monitors, 2 external HD, HD Card, mouse, external keyboard, external stereo speakers and a flash drive on this station. This is a great docking station that I should have bought years ago. Only issue: sometimes my monitors blink. I do not know if it’s from the DS or because of my computer. I have been having computer issues so it’s hard to pinpoint where the problem is.
