I like this exercise machine very much! It's very easy to use; easy on the joints. It's been a great improvement with my sore right knee. I enjoy using it while watching tv. The only thing I wish it had was a pause feature so that I don't have to start over.

At first I thought it was too easy. I felt like it was baby steps. But after awhile I realized, no, this is really working. It wants to slip away from you, even though it was on carpet and a special mat I bought. So my husband tied it to the chair. Now it doesn’t slip!

I’ve been using this for 40 minutes at a time when I can’t get out to walk.I like that it is compact, quiet and gives me, as a senior, a decent workout.The fact that you can change the direction in which you pedal only adds to the exercise.Although it is portable, it is a little heavy for me to be moving from room to room, so I have just left it stationary.

Comes ready to use out of box. Easy to use and helps reduce swelling in feet and legs. It would be helpful to have straps to hold feet in place and a mat to keep the machine from moving. Do like havig different levels of movement. Overall very satisfied.

this machine is all that I expected it to be. Quiet and easy to use. has helped my wife build up strength in her legs. She has Fibromyalgia and walking any distance has led to pain. Regular use of the machine seems to help.There are multiple sellers offering similar products so it is like rolling the dice to select a product. I feel as if we won.

Received last week.Wife and I have been using it daily while watching TV. We use it about an hour and a half total. The reverse program is great for my calf muscles.Very quiet. Built very solid. Has good weight but still very easy to move around to where you want it.Looking forward to using it for a long time.

I really like this. It is well made and gives you different levels of resistance. You can tell it helps a lot with circulation. My only issue is after a little over a month it is a bit more noisy when going forward. Maybe needs to be oiled.
