This Ghee is a great part of my Keto program. AND it comes in a glass jar so it is recyclable and a pure product without any petroleum leaching from a plastic jar. I highly recommend. Worth the price. Let's hope it continues to be available.

This is pretty good Ghee. I definitely have had worse. It is pretty expensive for the size but taste isn't bad.

I use ghee for making puri and other deep frying. Have begun gardening and canning, and some of the teachers on YouTube recommend using ghee instead of butter for dry canning potatoes (hey, Grandma's kids all grew up healthy, so certain types of dry canning are obviously quite safe, despite USDA cautioning). So, I'm using ghee and Himalayan salt.

My TRUE rating of this is ZERO because...Over a 1 /4 cup of the ghee was missing when I opened the jar! I've left voice messages for the vendor several times since receiving the product and no one has returned my call! The ghee has a good taste, but will not buy again for the aforementioned reasons.Purchase at your own risk.

Smells good when you open the jar, definitely better than the regular non organic

I used this to fry some pork schnitzel and the flavor was wonderful! Ghee is what is used in Germany to fry schnitzel and it definitely taste authentic! I also liked that it was organic snd non GMO. Will purchase again.

High quality ghee with good consistency for cooking and baking. It doesn’t seem to contain anything that activates autoimmune responses.

I've purchased many jars of this ghee, using it primarily for my Bullet Proof coffee but also flavoring on vegetables and frying eggs. One ingredient: Organic Butter. Very flavorful!
