This was a gift for friends who went to Italy and wanted to make fresh pasta at home. They have enjoyed the ease of making pasta with this set.

This is really fun to use! I really enjoyed getting to make my own homemade pasta for the first time. The tools, spices, and coloring all ended up working really well. I'm very happy with how my pasta turned out.

I like this kit. Everything seems like good quality. I haven't had a chance to make pasta yet but I've checked out everything in the kit and I'm excited to try and make pasta.This would make a great gift.

Took forever to get here. The spices were exploded in the packaging which seems to me honestly the packagers issue because the box that was shipped was not damaged. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift for my brother. Now I need to figure something else out.

This is a really fun set, it comes with everything you need except the semolina flour. Making pasta this way, unless you're already a nona, is very hard. This is a fun, hands on crafting experience, it's educational, but I doubt anyone is going to be using this kit every day. I especially enjoyed the process of making my own ravioli, I put egg yolks in a little nest of ricotta and bacon in each one, and they came out beautifully. I finished it with the breakfast theme by making a thin sauce of bacon grease, pasta water and parm. You can get as creative as you want with it, incorporating color, different shapes, almost like a gittara style spaghetti or fettucini thickness, etc. This is a great Christmas present for the Jersey girl in your life.

Not only was it for making pasta but it came with some spice blends for every day use and some really great tools I'm going to continue to use in the future like the stamps and the rolling pin. Everything in this kit was beautifully designed, came with more than you could need so you can practice multiple times, and came with an extremely informative pamplet that was clearly made by people who have a passion for pasta-making and just want to share it with the world. This is overall a great kit and I really enjoyed it!

I have never made my own pasta, but it's time I tried it.As soon as I saw this product, I ordered it. It seemed to have all the knick-knacks needed to get going for the beginner.And that is exactly what I received, and even a little bit more than I expected.With this kit all you need is the flour and your own time and effort to make pasta.They give you organic ways to color the pasta as well, which is pretty neat to try anyway.Then they give you two good sized cans that hold spices for your pasta already. The cans are well designed. You don't have to expose all of the spices to the air when opening. Just slide the top and pour through the openings provided. These cans even have light magnets on the bottom so you can stick these to your fridge when cooking. A nice after thought.I have a huge marble rolling pin which is simply too unwieldy for pasta. That's okay, because they include a perfectly sized wood roller. I prefer wood anyways, so that was an added perk for me.You get two utensils that will allow you to cut pasta into ribbon or ravioli style.You also receive a bag to store it all in when not in use.I doubt anyone who is a serious cook will get this product, but if you are just getting your pasta wet...this will get you going.Can't wait for our winter tomatoes now...we love to make homemade sauces already.Now we can make the pasta as well.Like this...good fun. Nice presentation as well. Would make a great gift.
