This product was easy to apply. I would apply it weekly and leave it overnight. The minimum is 30 min to leave it on and wash out in the shower. Your hair feels so much better. I noticed it helped repair my overly processed dyed hair. Im loving this product and it kinda gives off like a coffee sweet scent. Love love love
