Greenhouse
Extremely time consuming to erect but it’s decent once it’s up . My husband took around 7 hours to do it and he’s very good at things like this .

It all looks to be good value for my money.
A very complex collection of pieces, excellently packaged and all there. The instructions are complicated but so is the product. If you can't follow drawings then you don't stand much of a chance of finishing the job. I haven't got very far in the building process (just got the base in place) but I'm confident that if I work my way through the instructions, all will be well. It all looks to be good value for my money.

A very expensive pile for the scrap
I’ll start by saying it’s quite large and I love that. However, for the price (£488 when I bought it), I thought it would have glass panes and sturdy frames, but I suppose that’s my fault for not reading the description fully. I bought this in December for this years growing season, just started putting it up, but took so long to do that because if it’s not *perfectly* lined up, it won’t go together. The panes kept popping out of the corners every time one was installed. The support beams that go in the corners are so flimsy they bend with hardly any pressure, the plastic that anchors the door frame is impossible to put in and it won’t stay in. It’s turned out to be a several day project. Half of the door frame has now collapsed in the wind and I’m pretty sure I’m going to lose one of the walls through the night. The instructions are not straight forward and some of the steps are confusing which takes even longer to put it together, trying to decipher what I’m meant to do. There is a photo of gloves, but no words to let you know the sides of the extremely lightweight plastic panes are severely sharp-I learned that the hard way. It’s half way built and half way across the garden from where I put it, with the little bit of wind we’re getting. I wish I had started putting this together when I first received it just so I could return it.

Nice greenhouse
This greenhouse is really good and was fairly easy to build, but you need to read all the instructions and check all the parts are there before you attempt to build it. The first greenhouse they sent out was damaged in transit and was taken straight back to the supplier and they phoned straight away and left a message to let us know the situation and that a replacement greenhouse would be sent out straight away the next day. There were a couple of parts broken on arrival (2 x drain outlets and the handle for opening the window), but after sending an email to the company with the part numbers they sent replacement parts quite quickly and even sent spares. The customer services from the company was fantastic and their correspondence was first class.I'm very happy with my purchase and after sales service from the company.

Palram Kit would benefit from small improvements by Palram
Time needed for building a sturdy flat base for the product 1-2 days, time needed for building the Palram Mythos kit 1 day or approx 8 -10 hours with a 2 person build, some of the parts were not as good a quality in finish as expected, e.g. some of our polycarbonate sheet edges had been squashed at the edges, some parts were not very well aligned - the punched holes in base were not very precise, please see pictures.Would we buy again - likely yes and we rate it 4 stars as it stands, could easily be a 5 star product with improvements like locking washers for the securing studs and nuts that hold it all together - time will tell if they will just loosen without any locking washer - with the wind and rattling of the frame, this could be a small or a big issue but only time will tell .The only real negative and concern of our build was the roof window is not very well secured in design or fitments for the Scottish weather and time will tell if the plastic closer is up to the job, this and there being no locking washers we feel are small quality improvements that could be made with minimal cost in manufacture. We would have liked the polycarbonate components to be better as ours had squashed edges and some dents in the metal parts of the build not to be there in a new product, but it is a kit we enjoyed to build and it is heavy to transport to consumers so again this is why 4 stars is all we feel this product is due for our built model. Hope our points of constructive observation will help to improve a good valued product. When building instructions could be improved please for ease of build read all instructions first, and when building look ahead in the instructions as you build but no real difficulties should be experienced in a 2 person build if you are average at DIY jobs, just take your time to square the frame as you go and when finished make sure all nuts are still tight (as there is no locking washers in the kit, I have highlighted this direct to Palram). All said a value for money greenhouse kit and Palram in the UK are very approachable for assistance should you need them.

Instructions not the best
Firstly item came well packed and most parts were clearly labelled with numbers.I was dissapointed at first to see the base section didnt include ground anchors, i think these have to be purchased seperately. The base was simple to assemble.Next onto the main part. I've never built a Greenhouse before so despite watching lots of videos it was still tricky with the vague instructions.I found I was constantly having to tighten/loosen the bolts in order to have enough play to get the pieces to fit together. If I was to do it again I would not fully tighten any bolts until the main frame was fully assembled.Note I was building this by myself and it took me 6 hours so far. I think another 2 hours to finish the roof and door. Some of the panels do seem a little loose so I have decided to silicone round all the panels as an extra precaution. Generally the quality and sturdiness seems good and despite the issues with assembling Im generally very happy with the overall product.
