When I received this product, I was expecting something completely different. In the best way possible, I was wrong. First, the package is so cute and very discrete. I personally don’t need discretion, but I’m sure it’s important to other people. Upon opening the jar, I was surprised that there was zero smell. I guess I was expecting some sort of essential oil smell, but there was nothing. The texture, I was anticipating would be something like Vaseline. I was wrong again, it is silky smooth. It glides on so easily and you can instantly feel the hydration. It’s not greasy and in sinks right in. A little goes a long way, so I think this jar will last me a while. I was pleasantly surprised on all aspects. This product is a winner in my perimenopausal book!

Love Pixie’s Bia Balm! This stuff feels so good on the skin, I use it everywhere on my body tbh lol. I really never realized how important it is to have a high quality balm/barrier for intimate skin areas until I got this balm. It has helped substantially with my razor bumps and my skin *down there* just feels better despite my hormonal issues. I have super sensitive skin and this doesn’t cause me any issues and it’s fragrance free. The ingredients are high quality and the packaging is beautiful. Also for the size of the container you get, the price is right. Attached a pic of the back of my hand with bia balm on so you can see how beautifully it melts on. Definitely recommend!

**Let me start off by saying that the only reason I’m rating this 4 stars is because I haven’t tested the product under "ideal" circumstances—I have not shaved, and I am not in menopause. That said, it was surprisingly NICE!**The product is solid but immediately melts upon touch, feeling almost velvety. The ingredients are all-natural and have amazing benefits. It doesn’t smell at all, which is great—no allergens or hormone disruptors. I applied it to the outer labia (its intended use, I believe) on dry skin after a shower, not expecting it to make a difference, but it felt somehow *refreshing*, not minty, but kinda feeling plump, not greasy at all.I definitely want to try it after shaving and see how well it performs. I also tried scanning it with the Yuka app, but the information wasn’t available.

To be honest, I was about to leave a 4-star review because I didn't find this product necessary. I did like that it was made of natural ingredients, and on the label, each ingredient is listed with its purpose. But then, I noticed the thing that made this a five-star product: it can be used for so much more than its intended purpose! It kept my hands from drying out in day to day life. Then, after starting a long-distance bike ride, I also realized this was great for saddle sores! Basically, anything that you might use petroleum jelly for, this is so much better (and better for you!)

I’ve only used this cream a few times so far, but I’m already impressed and noticing redness reduction. I originally picked it up after reading that it can help with shave bumps—something I really need during the summer, especially since I have dark hair and more noticeable irritation. I appreciate how gentle and smooth the formula is. It goes on easily, feels calming on the skin, and has no scent, which I prefer for sensitive areas. The discreet packaging is another plus—nothing flashy or awkward, just clean and simple. The packaging also allows me to know what it is without flashing “awkward” words and being able to leave it on my counter without hiding!

This Bia (labia) balm comes in a cute container with a seal on the inside and wrapped up to protect the product. I wanted to love this, but only gave it three stars because yes, it does hydrate, but for post-shaving care it only helped with the itch for a short period of time. I am not in menopause so I can't comment on that and I haven't had my period yet so I can't comment on how well it will work at that time. I will probably come back and edit my comment once I have tested it during my period to see how well it works. If you are looking for a hydrating cream for down there, this will work great, but I can't definitively say that it does all that it claims to do. Only time will tell, but don't let that stop you from giving it a try.

Wow...I didnt expect to like this as much as I do. I have very sensitive skin and can't use many ingredients, anything with fragrances and I have to be careful about my skincare. I used this product as an after shave balm and I LOVE IT. My skin is so smooth and isn't irritated at all even after a day of sweating from horseback riding. This has become a quick favorite that I didnt even know I needed.
