Good value for money for small garden jobs. Ideal for garden tree pruning. Battery is really good for all jobs. Assembly and use is quite intuitive due to good design. The two-stage safety mechanism - lock and trigger - is intuitive. The assembled machine is light and easily portable. Cutting is very effective. A clear plex eye shield is recommended. Manufacturer can think of adding a small bottle of chainsaw oil as it cannot be used without filling the oil tank. Type of oil should be specified. Use of "chainsaw oil" is recommended. Some aspects of chain saws, such as the cutting edge, direction of chain travel, tensioning the chain, ideal tension, etc though intuitive, should be clearly documented in User Manual. Of course, there are plenty of tutorial videos on platforms such as YouTube.

Received the product yesterday. Chopped some dry firewood this morning till the battery fully discharged and found it worth buying it. The work output from the battery, low noise level, light weight and ease of operating makes it suitable for cutting tree branches in gardens/farms. The only disappointment is,there is no vendor in Amazon who can ship extra battery to my delivery address. I intend to use it in my farm and require additional batteries. iBell may kindly see to it.New review: it looks like a toy, but has amazing power. Cutting fresh branches and trees is like cutting cheese. Make sure you get additional batteries. The batteries takes around 30 minutes to charge. I ordered 2 additional batteries directly from ibell site as I intend to use it in my farm.

Product is brand new and works very well. Battery only last for 15 mins and need to buy additional one of you use more.

IBell is a cheater company, I bought this product through Amazon and the charger stopped working after two three charges, when I contacted them for replacing the charger, the company is denying to do it and they don't have a local service center where I can get it repaired. I am going to file a case in consumer forum for compensation. Please don't buy this product and face difficulties.
