I am using this for it's oral health benefits that I had read about, I open the capsule and put the contents on my tongue to keep the powder in my mouth instead of swallowing as a capsule. I rotate my probiotics every quarter and so I was thrilled to give this one a try. I don't have any major gut issues so I didn't experience any miraculous changes as far as the advertised IBS support goes. I feel great and I am regular so that is a positive in taking this probiotic for the last month. I feel the price is fair as many probiotics I take are about $1 a dose or more. I appreciated the small size of the singular daily pill but I definitely didn't like that they came individually wrapped. It annoyed me because it took more time and effort and I think it would have been much easier to open a bottle and grab one out that way.

I assumed that because this contains bacillus coagulans it would be helpful to me. (I have Crohn's disease, mostly pretty controlled.) But I've felt not response at all. I'm actually surprised that I didn't. It has had no affect re: diarrhea. Too bad.

There are a lot of coagulans products out there, and I'm going to have to avoid them, and go with the more common acidophilus/bifidus probiotics.
