Extremely easy to make and tastes very good. Great to see these have clean ingredients.One full pack lasted me for about 6-8 batches of 3 pancakes.Pro tip: I mix these with a low sweetness Almond Milk and they taste absolutely delicious.

Very impressed for my use case
After doing considerable research and comparison of numerous protein pancake mix offerings, I settled on this brand (buttermilk flavor) as having the best protein/calorie ratio at a reasonable price point. While I haven’t used it to make pancakes or waffles, I do use it as in ingredient in a high-protein dessert (Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, whey protein, cacao powder, protein pancake mix). The limited and high quality ingredients in this mix are an added benefit in comparison to other brands.
