It works! Yes the consistency of the conditioner is really thick and it’s quite challenging to squeeze the product out of the bottle but so what? If it works as well as this, I don’t mind. I now have no dandruff and much less hair fall than when I was using some other products because I ran out of this product. I tried so many other products when I used up a bottle. It isn’t easy finding a store that carries it in AU. I think this is one of those products I will use for as long as I have some hair on my head. - Forever customer
