Q: Why buy this at $42, when in Bjs its $13.99? For the same size.

3/7/23, Oh...yeah! I just ordered something unrelated on amzn then I thought I'd amend this order w/M&Ms. I'd have to agree w/that other party: that price is way out-of-line; I, too, have a local BJ's.

Q: Is this product Pack of 2 Jar of 62oz?

It’s supposed to be.. they sent me a package that never arrived but said delivered.. then they sent me a replacement package with only one container.. Not a fan of the company that sells this product! About to get on the phone with Amazon.

Not everyone has a Costco membership. Some live so far away, that going for just one item makes no sense.

Sucks that you are having to deal with this. You should have heard back from the supplier by now. I know for me, typically in the past if I've had a problem with a product that doesn't ship/sold by Amazon, like the M&M's, there should be a response sequence from/to Amazon stating about it being delivered, like normal. And in that sequence, it should allow you to report that you did not receive the product that starts the refund process by alerting Amazon in which they contact the Seller/shipper. Then Amazon reaches out to seller/distributer of the M&M's and confirms and becomes your go between. Usually I hear back within a week and completes the deal within that timeframe. Beyond that, look for an 800 number to call cust service. Side note: I've actually bought these pack of 2 M&M's. Biggest qty I've ever seen. Hopefully once resolved, you'll be able to try again and enjoy. Best of luck.
