Are these stamps 66 cent stamps? One customer said the P.O. told him they were bogus

We can only speak for our store. We sell LEGITIMATE stamps purchased from the USPS. These stamps ARE LEGITIMATE when purchased from us. These are ADDITIONAL OUNCE stamps. These are NOT .66 cent stamps. These ARE FOREVER additional one ounce stamps though. What that means is, these will be honored FOREVER at the rate of an additional ounce. At some point in the future, that could be more than .66. Currently an additional one ounce is .24.
