Can this be screwed into a metal door frame?

The screws included in the kit are for wood and cannot be used for a metal door frame.

Will a teen stretch this to the floor??

The weight limit is 220lbs. It can be used by teens and adults. If the swing stretches too much you would need to adjust it by leaving more fabric on top between straps, it will make the bottom of the swing higher off the ground. You can see this swing in action on Youtube if you search "DreamGYM Doorway Sensory Swing", there is an adult using the swing at the end of the video.

Are you able to adjust the height of the swing after it is installed?

There are two straps wrapped around the fabric, by leaving more fabric on top between the straps - the bottom of the swing will be higher above the floor, the less fabric between the straps - the lower the bottom. I hope it helps.

How does the material get attached to the straps?

The straps are wrapped around the fabric and the metal ring is being fed through an opening in the strap. You can move the straps to make the swing lower or higher. Also you can easily remove the straps and use the fabric as a sensory wrap. I hope it helps.
