Ok, so far.
Okay so here's what I have noticed so far. I have been taking these for about 2 weeks. I have a ton of medical issues and deal with constant pain. I was horrible about late night munching. Although I have not lost any pounds I have noticed my clothes feeling loose. I have more energy, no more late night munching, and my moods are sooo much better. I am falling asleep sooner but no real difference in sleep I don't think. No weird taste or side effects at all. I will keep taking and adjust a couple things as far as diet and activities. I am 63 years old for a little more information.

Bloated
It helped with my stress levels and also decreased the amount of puffiness from my face which was amazing! Down side is it made me EXTREMELY BLOATED to the point of pain and for some reason also a lot of eye twitching and headaches. It’s sad because it was nice seeing my chunky face skinny again but the effects weren’t worth it

Did nothing
I have been consistent and faithful in taking these daily and I’m sorry to say, they have done nothing for me, at all! While I’m glad they work for other people, I can’t personally recommend them based on my experience and I have cancelled my subscription. Good luck to others!
