Sure, I'll try to help: Boswellia is extracted from the bark of the boswellia tree (more commonly known as frankincense). I use it along with other supplements for inflammation. The taste is absolutely horrific (I have heard that horse urine describes it best). To avoid sensing the taste, you can do one of two things: Put it in an empty gel cap -or- as I do, empty all my powdered supplement gel capsules into about an ounce of water (1" of water in a skinny juice glass) ... I then float the Boswellia on top ... do not stir or shake ... just chug it ... add a little more H2O to the glass and swish around to get everything and chug again. I do not notice the taste when I do this, BUT I would really have a prob taking it by itself (either in water or sprinkling on food). It is really effective for my inflammation. Can't comment on GMP ... I would suggest you look up company name and research from there. One more thing, this powder is extremely fine ... once you open the bag you will see what I mean - I put about 3 tablespoons in a small glass ramikin (with a lid) and keep with the rest of my supplements, removing a small amount for each dose - it completely eliminates the powder becoming airborne.
