Excellent
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Price and familiarity with the look of the product. It was just like what I’ve used in battery backup units before. Working well as a quick disconnect for my winch on my truck.

Works fine once put together
No instructions and not entirely obvious at first glance. Also you can't connect the two halves until everything is installed. Once the pins are on the wires and you figure out how they go in everything goes together just how you would expect.

Great product
These connecters are awesome. Going to order more. Now that I used there I don’t think there is any other way to go. These made things so much easer, swapping out batteries. Solar, I prob will switch and rewire anything that I can with these connectors. Redid my rv battery connections. Used for lipo4 batteries. Super easy to connect now thanks to these.

Trolling motor hook up
I did a search for "trolling motor quick disconnect" and came up with a bunch a things that would have worked, but weren't quite what I was looking for (these things!). A few days later I was searching for something else and these showed up in the "you might be interested in...:" block down below. I ordered 2 sets, as I was unsure how they would hook up, since I might want to move my trolling motor from front to back, etc. so I wanted to have both bow and stern covered. These things are exactly what I needed. I did not crimp them since I don't have a proper crimper and didn't want to just smash them in a vise. Another guy mentioned soldering the wire in with a propane torch (which I do have) so I went with that. I was done in less than 5 minutes, and some of that time was monkeying with other things. I just heated the connector in a vise, melted solder into the cup until almost full, then heated it again to make sure the solder was molten, and stuck the (10 ga.) wire in, held it steady until the solder solidified. Shove them into the grey connector, done! They click together solidly, and even have covers for when they are not in use. very happy with this purchase.

Really Wanted Them to Work for Me
I purchased these to use as a device to isolate my winch from my battery when the winch is not in use. The connectors seemed robust and the pins appeared to be sufficient for 50A service. In theory, they'd be perfect for me. However, when the connectors were fully plugged together there was no continuity until you then pulled the connectors apart a bit. I wasn't satisfied with that. My plan B was replacing the connectors with a battery isolation switch on the positive side of the circuit.
