What does "naturally refined" refer to?

Avocado Oil is expeller-pressed and naturally refined to be the best oil for high heat cooking. It has a similar, heart-healthy, fat profile to olive oil (high in monounsaturated fat), is full of antioxidants and vitamin e and has a smoke point of over 500°F. What is expiration date/shelf life?

Not sure on the expire date but I can tell I have order this many times and the dates were always good. I love this oil because you can enjoy a little fried fish without the bad oils.
