Arrived on time, 30 minutes before the roof went on. We were counting on that as a big box store was another week out on delivery. The roofing protector is slightly different than traditional Tyvek in composition but easy to handle and work with, cut, etc. It’s new to me but so far I’m impressed. We used it under a metal roof, no sheathing, for a “lean to” addition on a shop building to keep drips off of equipment when the roof sweats. I will update the review if there are any issues or changes worth mentioning.

The Dupont Tyvek underlayment went on faster and easier than tarpaper. That's a plus. I learned from information on the Dupont site that this product can be applied and will potentially withstand elements up to 3 months before the final roofing is installed. That would be amazing. I will get the roofing on ASAP but it's comforting to have the underlayment installed and be dried in even if it's just a day or two of rain risk.

i installed it 2 days befor my roofing arrived we have 100 degree hot sun which shrunk this underlaymentone of my overlaps got exposed because of the width shrunkall of my ends on the length side moved out at least 3 inches have to do it all over with a new rollmanufacturer states that it has very good thermal but this product being black color in the sun will shrink consideribley and all your cuts are going to be some where else afterwards
