The product itself is excellent! Nutritious and Tasty! I will buy repeatedly, however I was not please with the condition of the item as I received it from Amazon. My warehouse needs to do a better job. But the LENTILS themselves are great! If you like lentils you must try these!

Disappointed that one bag was opened with lentils falling out. I understand why they bag separately within the bag used to mail. No I did not cut the bag. I’ll keep them but don’t understand how it happened with quality control. I think these will be good in my black bean burgers.

I love these lentils! They DO look like black caviar. I cooked them about 5 mins longer than the package directions and they came out 'al dente' and have a nice earthy flavor.
