No-Rinse Shampoo, 16 fl oz - Leaves Hair Fresh, Clean and Odor-Free, Rinse-Free Formula

I was originally looking for a dry shampoo to use on my red hair. Washing my hair in the shower makes my color run really bad, and so a dry shampoo was my main option for longer lasting color. I tried the Suave and TreSemme dry shampoos first, and was greatly disappointed. The Suave worked GREAT, but after two uses the bottle was GONE. The TreSemme dry shampoo proved to be a waste of money also. It smelled good, but it left my hair feeling gritty at best, and still oily and dirty at worst. Then I tried using baby powder. That was working pretty well. It worked really good on second day hair and fairly well on third day hair. However, it was messy to deal with; too much made me look like I had dandruff and made my hair a weird color. It also built up in my hair so by the time I washed in the shower, my hair needed a thorough scrubbing (not so great for keeping my color).When I heard about this stuff, I was a little skeptical, but the price for the amount you get, plus all the good reviews convinced me to purchase it. The first time I used it, I was amazed! I tried it on hair that had not been washed or dry shampooed or anything in four days (gross, I know.) After my hair dried, it looked like freshly washed hair! I was shocked. Also, my hair typically bleeds anytime it gets wet, but there was no color leakage using this! It works wonders on dirty hair. It doesn't leave behind any weird textures or products. It just.. Cleans. I do wish this left my hair with some kind of scent like most dry shampoos, but overall it is a great product. Definitely going to repurchase when I run out.

I was recommending this product to a friend today and saw that I did not review the No Rinse Shampoo back when I used it for my mom. My mom lived with me, she had Alzheimer's and a host of other problems. One of those problems was she hated showers. I could not get her into a tub - I took it out so she could physically walk into the shower. Her dementia made the whole process just too much on her. I came across this line of products and thought I might as well give it a try. I applied it to a washcloth and then just slowly stroked her hair while brushing it. My mom found this to be very soothing. Most of us girls like when our mom;s brushed out hair - remember? That's is how this went. Before long her hair was wet with the No Rinse Shampoo and I switched to a dry washcloth, still softly brushing her hair. As we finished bathing and getting dressed mom's hair began to dry. I was AMAZED at how light and soft her hair became. I was expecting greasy hair that clumped together! Not so. It was soft and it had a little shine to it. Mom liked how she felt, clean and fresh and I liked that it didn't trigger any bad response on her part. If you have a loved one that is struggling and has difficulty with grooming PLEASE try this product. You both will be glad you did.

I have dry shampoo, but it leaves my hair greasy and thin feeling so I wanted something else. I have clean life no-rinse body wash and wanted to try the no-rinse shampoo. I've heard mixed onions about it. Either it's good and smells good or it stinks and leaves your hair dry and crunchy. I've been using it for about a week now and I think it's great. The smell is nice, but strong. Even my 5 yr old thinks the scent is strong. I decided to dilute the shampoo with some water. Mixing it with water made the scent not as strong, but it still smells nice. Plus, it still gets my hair clean with no residue and no crunchy hair. My hair is think so I was really worried that it would either take a lot or it wouldn't clean my hair. It works great though. The price is affordable, specially if it's not your daily use or you dilute it like I did. The size of the bottle good for the price. And unless you have it opened and are actively using it, it doesn't leak.

I ordered quite a few of these. When I travel and I'm out in the woods where there are no showers and no options for showers for a few days I use this. It's compact and doesn't take a lot to wash my hair with this. So many of the dry shampoos either fail against hair gels and things, leave a nasty residue themselves or just don't seem like they work. I tested this one against having my gels and high hold hair products in it and the shampoo cleaned it all out and left my hair feeling like it does after a shower. Highly impressed by the product due to that. It's good enough I keep some at home for if anything ever happens where we lose water in an emergency.As it states in directions you do need a towel or something to dry your hair after using it and you may occasionally need to wash your hair more than once with it, but I highly recommend it.

This didn’t work for my hair. It did not make it look MORE dirty than it was (so it didn’t do any harm) but it changed the look of my hair from oily to waxy. It still looked like I needed a good shower with real shampoo. I used it three times and each time I had to use dry shampoo on top. Dry shampoo on top of waxy looking hair is not a good look.It is difficult to apply because it is so runny, but I took the advice of another review and put it in a spray bottle the second and third times I used it and that worked really well. If you find that this stuff works for your hair but is difficult to apply the spray bottle really changes the experience in a positive way.This product has a lot of good reviews so if you are really hoping to find a no-rinse shampoo I won’t discourage you from trying it because everyone’s body is so different. It did not work for me though, and I will not be using it again. I’ll just stick with my trusty dry shampoo :-)
