Taste is great!
Has a lower glycemic index then italian pasta which I love . However, anyone having sugar problems this might be a good alternative.

Love ths
Loved this. Easy to prepare and quick to cook (minutes). Flavor was great. Will purchase again.... I ate all that I cooked. Note the bag is smaller than expected but I do understand from a price perspective it was economical. Organic products are generally higher in price so when purchasing keep that in mind.

Would purchase again!
Purchased this on a whim because of the great reviews…it’s absolutely delicious. I followed a NYTimes Cooking recipe for orzo with peas and parsley pesto! You can tell this is authentic Greek orzo. This will take you straight to Greece!

Spelt orzo is excellent
This is a splurge for me... I love spelt and this is the only spelt orzo that I have ever been able to find! It is absolutely delicious.

Perfection!
Delicious orzo and cooks up perfectly! The pandemic has left my local stores bare, but this was a great find. A bit expensive compared to what I'm used to, but soooo good and I love that its spelt! I used it in my favorite plant based Mediterranean Orzo Salad. Will buy again!

Healthy alternative to rice or regular pasta.
This works really a substitute for rice or pasta for those special dishes where you want to elevate the flavor and nutrition value. It has a wonderful nutty flavor of sorts. Try it!

Great alternate grain pasta
Well-made and delicious orzo-like spelt grain product. Has that nice traditional pasta texture that's so hard to find in a whole grain version. It's a good idea to briefly saute the pasta in a bit of olive oil prior to adding water or broth to preserve the texture.
