Wedgwood Paeonia Blush, 18cm, Tea for One Blue/Red

My wife has a collection of over 150 tea for ones. She is getting to the point where nice ones are harder and harder to find. This Wedgwood tea for one was superb. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It is fine bone china, gold trim, and beauitfully patterned from an 18th Century Wedgwood pattern book. The handles are nicely shaped and the matching saucer completes it. While expensive, it is high quality. You can pay nearly as much for a lower-quality piece. We lived in England for years and was familiar with Wedgwood. I was hoping this was made in England like other Wedgwood articles, but it wasn't, yet still made very well and high quality. I am glad she liked it a lot; otherwise, I would have had to return it.

colors are soft and pretty but appear to be less vibrant than the photos. Not on stylistic par with Fortnum & Mason, but nice. I just received a Fortnum and Mason Camellia tea set and the differencing quality is stunning and there is no reason to buy this product with something like that exis.ts that a similar price point
