Q: Will the clip fit on a single space of a molle vest?

I was able fit it on no problem. And we snug clip. Thing is a pain if you’re daily using and taking on and off.

Q: What happens when the Li-On battery stops charging? 300 recharge cycles on the battery certainly makes this a major and unaddressed issue.

The MANUFACTURER (www.StreamLight.com) Customer Service department INFORMED ME that the batteries are REPLACED by them, AT THE FACTORY, as a customer service either within (no fee) or out of (fee applied) warranty.

Q: My clipmate blinks red when charging but wont turn on. Fix?

I believe the blinking red means it’s fully charged. A steady red light means it’s charging. As far as not turning on, sorry I don’t have a answer. Maybe send email to manufacture and ask them..
