Please provide me the information how can I get unserviceable Heating element for this product.

It didn't work and had it installed late as winters onset from September or October in Kashmir.. Need to return it.Edit : I mailed them later and then they took the product back and made sure to assist to our problem .. they exchanged the product after confirming that it is defective. ..

I have brought this twice for our kitchen and both time it stopped working after 4 months (just after winter). The main problem of this are :1. No way to control the temperature, sometime you can easily burn you hand.2. In case of hard water, it got jammed after some time.3. After opening to clean it, it start giving you life taking electric shock.4. It is really expensive.5. Not serviceable.Cons:1. Tap is good and transition from cold to hot is good.

The media could not be loaded. Pros : Three pin plug. High watt electrical heater needs good earthing. Accidental body current will nit be thereGasket rings are available inside. It gives safety against water seepage and prevents from electrical shock.The tap handle controls hot and cool water. It also has cut off switch for eletrical supply. Blue indicator beneath the handle shows power supply ON and OFF position.Total assembly is small , compact and easy to fit with water outlet.CONS : Spout or the water outlet part does not have gasket and water leaks. It has very small part with thread cut so white waterproof tape can not be rapped around to stop water leakage.

Product is good but hot water control system not given this product. So, that modify (high to low) control switch system add this product.

Excellent product

Water heats up very quickly. There should have been an option to supply cold and hot water simultaneously if it is being used in kitchen. It has to be turned off again and again.
