As a chef, this has become an almost indispensable piece of equipment at both home and for work. Really robust and with very useful measuring guide, to ensure consistent results.Only possible drawback is that the handle is wooden so needs more care when cleaning- if that might be an issue? Otherwise 10/10

Great scraper.
I use this for cutting up dough mainly and it has measurements written one side unfortunately they are starting to fade away a little now due to use.I would recommend this and would purchase again if it ever broke.
