This is a great supplement to have, specially when winter is approaching so fast, i ordered this because eating fruits is not my cup of tea, so i dont get my daily nutrition of Vitamin C and my body attracts diseases much faster because the repair tissues are not getting their dose. Once i started using Vitamin C it also helped me improve my mood tremendously, i feel more energetic throughout the day by just taking one capsule with my light breakfast. i like this product, because it doesnt have any fishy smell to it, Most of the other vitamin C product i have tried, i think due to the reason they were made in a same facility as fish oil capsule. Larger doses of vitamin c have given me stomach issues in the past. After taking this for 2 weeks no issues and I did start morning and evening one capsule this last week. Still no issues this is a good product for me

I really wanted to take vitamin C so bought this cause it said not hard on stomach. I took one pill one day one the next and got terrible acid in my gut, I’ve not had that all year. I’m disappointed and want others who have a sensitive stomach to be aware .
