Good supplement
In order to get the recommended dose, you need to take a lot of these in a day. However, they are easy to swallow and I trust this brand. If you're looking for a good calcium supplement, this is a good one.

IT works!!!
Since taking this calcium w/vit.D my bone density has increased. I take the recommended amt. for me which is 1200 mg daily. I take it 3 times a day (3 pills at breakfast, 3 pills 5 hours later and 2 pills in the night. I also take magnesium twice daily but 2 hours apart from the calcium. I have osteoporous and am so happy my bones are improving. I also exercise 6 days a week for half an hour or more. This calcium is absorbable and can be taken at anytime without food. Have used this calcium for about 3 years or more.

The caps are very large to swallow. Emptying the cap into yogurt works very well.
