I ordered a medium disk and it was originally perfect, fit comfortably and was easy to use, but I was having issues with it leaking. I contacted the company themselves and got such a fantastic, helpful and kind reply. they’re sending me out a large size to try for no extra cost whatsoever. absolutely FANTASTIC customer service!! i’ve never experienced better from a company

Excellent product. I wish I tried it before. I got PIXIE sanitizing silicone cup too. Makes sterilisation process so much quicker and easy. I'm a first time user and bought the incorrect size. The company's customer service was outstanding and super efficient. I was offered a new product the size that would fit me free of charge. This menstrual disc is a super comfy and game-changing period product. It’s cute, flexible, leak-resistant, and lasts for half day even works for mess-free period sex. It might take a bit of practice at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s a total breeze

The product is great like the inserting it no problem. I had a cup for an and needed to change it because I had used for a while and I wasn’t liking the suction of it. I like that the disc was help in place by the pelvic bone structure. However I think I got the wrong size because I experienced some leakage with the medium. I let pixie know and they have happily sent a new large one for free! I can’t wait to try it

I had such high hopes for this product but it has been awful! For the first time in years, I have had to buy tampons. I can't trust the disc if I leave the house because it leaks! Sometimes it works but the majority of the time it doesn't. I used to use a cup and I never had this issue. I'm going to have to repurchase a new cup because this is disc is just a nuisance.
